You can memorize the scripture and meditate on it and that’s a good thing. But what if you ended it with “because I am in Him!”everything needs to be filtered through the resurrection.

It is my understanding that biblical meditation is when you think about imagine ponder and or consider any biblical promise is real to you in that very moment. Where you feel the emotions of the promise.

If you think you can’t meditate. You are incorrect. The whole idea behind meditation is to feel the emotion to where it is real to you at that moment. We do it all the time but in the negative connotation. Think about something that happened to you that was not good, you think about it for a while and then those emotions start rising up in you. That is negative meditation. So haven’t said that the next time those negative emotions come up you need to send it away!

2 Corinthians 1:20 In him the detail of every single promise of God is fulfilled; Jesus is God’s yes to your entire well being! In our union with him the Amen that echoes in us gives evidence to his glorious intent through us. The mirror

Be blessed today and rise up!
