Don’t get into a rut

Everyday is a new day. Some days you may be dealing with new people and other days you may be dealing with the same people. Walking with Jesus is not complicated. but a lot of times we feel like we need a script to minister to people, to speak truth to them. And maybe to an extent that is true. Be open to new possibilities.

Jn 8:31 — Jn 8:32
So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

We have to be open to the Holy spirit’s leading, What works for one person one week may not work for the same person ever again. We have to be flexible. You really have to listen to the heart.

You have to listen intently. You can’t be given answers to questions that weren’t asked.  If you are not careful you will find yourself defaulting to religious formulas, outward actions, or something that worked for you in the past, but is no longer applicable today.

Believe in the possibility that what God told you yesterday was for yesterday. Today is a whole new day with all new possibilities and with all new opportunities. What he told you yesterday he may expand on today and it may be even more powerful.

Jesus never healed the same way twice that we know of. Every healing he listened and then he would make his move, one day He might have laid hands, one day he spit and made mud, one day He spoke in their presence and another day He spoke without anybody being around.  He did what his father told him to do and he said what his father told him to say.

Starts and Ends

Go in peace
