Earlier in the year I asked you what is your personal growth plan? I didn’t hardly hear from anybody and that’s okay because I’m here to help you think not to get answers.
We are a little past the middle of February. So how are things going for 2019, are you in the same place you were January 1st? Or are you on cruise control? Have you stepped on the gas and moving forward because you have a game plan?
What is your passion?
Are you pursuing it?
John Maxwell says, You must be able to gauge not only where you’ve been, but also where you are now. Otherwise you cannot set a course for where you want to go.

Hey Kee, Good word and needed the reminder specifically because of some conversations at home that I am valued.
1. I am at a different place than the beginning of January (1st). 10 lbs. lighter! I am freer from some disappointments. I am more joyful and intentional with being relational with my son. My passion is loving and leading people. At home and at work – YES I am pursuing it and loving it. Thankful to God for him allowing to do this!
