Endurance

Romans 5:3 (ESV) 3 Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance,

So many times I hear men or women complaining about what they’re going through. This is all a mindset, choose the mindset that you want to be in. Look at what the word endurance means in the Greek .

Endurance ὑπομονή hypomonē; 1. steadfastness, constancy, endurance. In the NT the characteristic of a man who is not swerved from his deliberate purpose and his loyalty to faith and piety by even the greatest trials and sufferings.

Know who you are in Jesus! Trials and sufferings are opportunities they are not bad things.

When you say I can’t wait for this to be over with, That means you can’t be joyful while going through it.

Change your mindset. When something bad happens the thought process needs to be what an opportunity! I can’t wait to see what good comes from this.

Remember God is not interested in your short-term comfort as much as he is interested in your long-term character. DT

Yes and amen
