You just never know when these Divine appointments are going to happen, I guess that’s why they’re called Divine appointments.
I stopped off at Albertsons to pick up a brisket. Albertsons is crazy right now because it’s good Friday and everybody is buying groceries for Easter Sunday. I remember thinking there’s no carts. There is a whole lot of people I’m just going to go get my brisket and get the heck out of here. I made up my mind right then. I am not losing my peace over anything in this store.
I’m in line and I’m watching this young man in front of me and I could tell he’s getting a little impatient because of the customer in front of him, they’re having some type of mix-up up there. Truth be told it’s a little annoying I want to get out of there myself, I remember thinking just roll with it you’re not in any hurry.
This circumstance is not going to mess with my identity.
The Young man looks back at me and says God is testing my patience.” I said “no he’s not. You are already patient because Jesus is in you and and what’s not permissible in heaven is not permissible on Earth.” He just looked at me, and then it was on. I just started speaking truth and identity into this young man, and I can honestly say that he got rocked. I said, “Wait for me. Let’s talk some more.” So he waited for me. Then we went out to the parking lot, and then we talked another 20 minutes by his truck.
I had chills up and down my spine God bumps on my arms it was crazy. Holy Spirit was all over the place
I have a new friend. He lives probably 10 minutes from me we’re going to meet up for breakfast or lunch or whatever and we’re just going to talk to Jesus and talk identity and I’m just so pumped.
Thank you Lord that I stopped off at Albertson’s.
Kevin’s paraphrase always be prepared to give a reason for the hope that you have.
1 Peter 3:15 (ESV) 15 but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect.
Jesus is everywhere you just have to look for him and sometimes he’s looking right back at you in the mirror.
Can I say, I honestly had fun!
