Take comfort

I read this passage and it honestly just blows me away. I have been righteous since the day I was born even when I was out there as a teenager and young adult drinking and drugging. I was and still am the righteousness of him.

Romans 5.1 The 1conclusion is clear: our righteousness has absolutely nothing to do with our ability to keep moral laws; it is the immediate result of what Jesus accomplished on mankind’s behalf. This gives context to 2faith and finds expression in unhindered, 3face to face 4friendship with God! Jesus Christ is the head of this union!

I was righteous before I even knew what righteousness meant.

2 Corinthians 5.21 This is the divine exchange: he who knew no 1sin embraced our distortion; he appeared to be without form; this was the mystery of God’s prophetic 2poetry. He was disguised in our distorted image and marred with our iniquities; he took our sorrows, our pain and our shame to his grave and 3birthed his righteousness in us. He took our sins and we 3became his innocence.

I did not earn it. I did not go to church to get it I just got it and I didn’t even ask for it. A free gift it is.

Have a Godfidence day!

Romans 5.18 The conclusion is clear: if one offence condemns the entire human race; then in principle, the righteousness of one vindicates the entire human race.

I have been vindicated! And so have you!

  1. That’s interesting a thought or point I never thought about
If one condemns a whole human race the one can vindicate a whole human race
Regardless of what I have or have not done
    Thanks Kee
