Walk in truth today. Walk in peace today. Jehovah Shamma you will never leave me or forsake me. You are in me and I am in you. I will always abide under your shadow. I will always rest in your name. I will meditate in you not about you.
Psalms 118:24
This is the day that the LORD has made;
let us rejoice and be glad in it.
Some say this is a choice but I look at this as a promise. That no matter what happens I will rejoice and be glad in it.
Matthew 28:20
teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Exodus 33:14
And he said, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 6.6 
Jeremiah 12:3 says, “But You, O Lord, know me; You have seen me, And You have tested my heart toward You.” Rejoicing is not anything we can fake. When people ask how I’m doing I can put on my happy face and tell them, “If I were doing any better I’d be twins.”, all along being miserable. But I can’t fake rejoicing because that comes from a heart tuned into Him and, as you put it, from a heart that is in Him. And, to me. the promise is the reward of His pleasure and His blessing. As for me – I will Rejoice in the Lord always — and let my gentleness be evident to all, for the Lord is near.
