Not very often I write twice in one day. I’ve literally been in my prayer closet since 3 a.m. it’s been an interesting morning. Could not sleep but it’s okay
I switched gears and I’ve been reading in my book “unwanted.” Today marks three months that I have been walking with a new heart. A new since of self. My sabbatical in August was life-changing.
“This is pornography’s seduction to men: Bring me your weary and defeated heart, and I will give you a world where it will all go away. In the end, pornography confiscates not only your purpose but also your heart.” Jay Stringer
Pornography confiscates your heart that’s a pretty scary statement
What have you lately allowed to confiscate your heart? It doesn’t necessarily have to be pornography or unwanted sexual behavior. It could be anything that you were using to escape from your reality. What does Jesus say?
Matthew 11:28 Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.
Today believe that Jesus will give you rest.
Today I come before you in the name of Jesus. And I thank you that I am accepted in him. I come before you with all boldness and confidence, because of the sacrifice of Jesus. you are my father, I am your child. My past is gone. Even though I was an enemy, I have been reconciled by the blood of Jesus, I am delivered from your Wrath.
My name is “name” and I have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. The life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the son of God. Who loved me and gave himself up for me.
