Sitting in the Hotel room in Orlando for the John Maxwell IMC. Very excited about the opportunity to give my speech on stage to the John Maxwell Team. I was getting nervous but that has subsided. This speech is about the audience. I need to forget about me. It is about him! Who knew that the death of my son in 1992 would be told 27 years later in front of several different religions. The impact is not even something I can wrap my brain around.
Just a little while ago I sat down to read and asked Him for a word. The very first place I read was Ephesians.
4:24 Immerse yourself into this God-shaped new person from above! You are created in the image and likeness of God. This is what righteousness and true holiness are all about.
Totaly blown away with this word. I should not be though. It should be expected. That is how much He loves me.
Two weeks ago I got this word.
Esther 4.14……………….Who knows, perhaps you have come to your royal position for such a time as this.”
I had not thought of that passage since last May.
I’m good to go and I have peace.
Tomorrow morning 8.15 I will be speaking.
