The IMC is over but the power of bringing value to people, that’s not. it has been reinforced . I am literally just blown away at every single person that I met. They want you to feel good, they bring value to you.
John Maxwell spoke five times but his last message where he stood up on the stage in tears telling us how much he loved us. I literally felt like he was speaking to me personally and it broke me. God was speaking right through him it was so incredible.
It’s really quite amazing when all you have to do is look at someone and smile and say hello and that brings value. As much as people don’t want to admit they want to be seen they want to be heard they want to feel loved with no strings attached.
We are home.
The transition is coming, in fact it is already begun! We have started on our exit strategy.
