All these years I’ve been thinking that I’ve been walking in all this rejection from my mom and my dad. It’s not rejection, I was neglected. That is something that you can’t remember (Bob Hamp.) Mainly because it started at such a young age it just becomes part of Who You Are.
If you were abused you can remember those instances, but if you’re neglected you somewhat can’t remember. I got a light shined on that the other day. I’ve been taught that I’ve had this Spirit of Rejection on me. Well that’s just a bunch of skubala. That’s just more religious terminology.
That is a man-made statement. Spirit of Rejection. I have researched the Bible and have not found anywhere where it talks about a Spirit of Rejection. Now there are verses that talk about rejection.
Neglect is not something that happened to you it is something that didn’t happen to you and that is a big deal.
The neglect has affected me in so many ways, I had no idea. That is the lens that I have seen a lot of my life through.
Once I realized and identified what the neglect is, I came to realize that is the where the need to be seen and to be heard came from.
Romans 8:1 therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
Psalm 27:10 though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me.
1 Peter 2:4 as you come to him, a living Stone rejected by men but in the sight of God Chosen and precious.
Psalm 94:14 for the Lord will not reject his people, he will never forsake his inheritance.
Thank you Jesus for meeting me in my darkness.
Thanks for sharing Kee! It’s good to recognize, acknowledge and make peace with what you experienced and normalized. Good things will come from this. Jesus Christ is in you, and you are in Him too.
P.S. and yeah, all these “spirits” don’t exist 🙏🏾

Thank you sir! Religion is when you don’t believe who’s in you that’s for sure and you have to do something to get him in you
