I still do this to this day

John 14:1 (ESV)
1 “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me.

I watched a short Bill Johnson clip yesterday that made me think about something that I do. Which is record sporting events namely Cowboys football games

Years ago when I had a VCR I would record the Cowboys.  I still record but use different methods now. I’m not a fair weather Cowboy fan however I am a little disappointed in this season so far.

Here is the point I’m trying to make. When I record  a Cowboy game now, before I watch it I want to know what the outcome is because if they won then I’m going to watch it if they lost then I’m not going to watch it because I have things that I could do instead of wasting 3 hours. So maybe that does make me fair weather fan🤣🤣

If there was an interception or a fumble during the game I was watching, I didn’t sweat it because I already knew what the outcome was. I try to have the same attitude when it comes to my walk with Jesus. I already know what the outcome is so when trouble comes my way it’s okay,

Just be at rest and walk in peace.

On a different note with all that being said. Doesn’t appear that I’m going to be watching very many games this year😭😭😭
