John 14:6 (ESV) 6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Religion says this is the only way to Salvation. What I heard this morning is that “I’m the only way that you can come to know the father, this has nothing to do with salvation.” This just arrested me. My meditation was over and I just sat there on my couch thinking about what I just heard.

So later this morning I looked this up in the mirror translation and it just rocked me. It just validated what I heard.

John 14.6 Jesus said, “My I-am-ness [mirrored in you] is your way; this is your truth and also your life. Every single person 1is now brought face to face with the Father entirely because of my doing.” (When Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father but by me!” He wasn’t being exclusive! This is the most all inclusive statement embracing all humanity! The verb ἔρχομαι erchomai, is in the Present tense [continually ongoing] and the Passive voice – ερχεται erchetai – which makes the subject the recipient of the action.)

We Are All God’s Children we all have access because of what Jesus accomplished, I don’t think it’s selective personally. I went back and I read John 14 again and the whole chapter just came alive.

John 14:17 even the spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.

Holy Spirit dwells with me and in me. I I’m not so sure that I asked for this.

Holy Spirit dwells with me and is in me. That in itself is amazing.

John 1:3 all things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made. 4 in him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 the light shines in the darkness, and the Darkness has not overcome it.

I love the fact that the light can shine into my deepest darkest places in my heart and Darkness cannot overcome it
