This is a hard one when you get squeezed does Christ come out of you or does something else?
What do you do when you find out that one of your dearest friends has been lying to you for the last 2 years. You find out that this person has been having an affair with your other very close friend right under your nose and everybody’s in Ministry?
Think about all the emotions that you would be going through if this happened to you? How are you going to treat them now? Do you walk away from the relationship? Obviously the relationship has now changed. But how long? What if you are the only Jesus that they’re going to experience for a while, because the church has ostracized them.
Do you let what has happened matter more than what matters the most? Does what happen matter more than what Jesus says?
They say we get betrayed more Often by those that are closest to us than just acquaintances.
Now there’s a choice that has to be made or is it a choice?
You are Jesus with skin on. He lives inside of you, Do you change who you are because somebody else changed who they are?
This is a very hard place to be but does it have to be a hard place? These are questions I’ve been asking myself. My friend is very hurt
What if this discovered sin has brought up a wound in your own self that you didn’t know was there now all of a sudden besides dealing with what has happened with your two friends now you’re having to deal with an old wound that resurfaced in yourself
There is so much emotion going on right now what happens when you take the emotion out of the equation? Does that change who you are? I don’t think so.
All I keep hearing is that Jesus came to reveal the love of the father and he loves us all regardless of what we have done.
