This morning I set out in a different direction with my meditation. I started off with a prayer this morning and then as I progressed I started quoting Galatians 2.20 and I made it personal. I said my name is Kēvin and I have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer I who live but Christ who lives within me, and the life I live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself up for me.. He gave himself up for me!!!
Halfway through my morning meditation Luke 4.18-19 comes to mind and I make it personal
My name is Kēvin and the spirit of the Lord is upon me I have been anointed to preach the good news, to heal the sick, to bring recovery of sight to the Blind, and to help set the captives free. To proclaim the Lord’s favor. Luke 4:18
Today I choose to seek the Kingdom first!
2 Peter 3:8 But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.
What I like about 2nd Peter goes to Luke 4.18 I have the Lord’s favor and so do you and since a day is like a 1000 years and there’s 365 days in a year that’s a minimum of 365000 years of favor.
