Last Friday I confessed to my men’s group and to my Wife. There is power in confession. There is power in getting it Into the light.
It’s one thing confessing to God but it’s another confessing to your brother. To get healing, I can’t explain how it works it just does
You’re only as sick as your secrets. If you’re holding on to something that you need to confess . Confess it and get your freedom and your Healing.
There has definitely been a shift in me. For that I am grateful.
