Have been very out of sync the last 2 months I would like to say that’s the reason I haven’t been writing but that’s just an excuse. The truth of the matter is that I have just let life get in the way. I have greatly missed my peaceful times in the morning with the Lord. Today I purposed myself to pray around my property and to sit and be still.
No sooner did I sit down, when I heard ” I am sending the helper the Holy Spirit to guide you.”
The Bible is awesome but if I’d never read in the bible again. I will always have the Holy Spirit to guide me. However since I do have a Bible I will definitely read in it. But it is not necessary to do life, because we have the Holy Spirit. I always think about the scenario if I crash landed in the sea and washed upon a deserted island with nothing but the clothes on my back . I still have the Holy Spirit.
John 14:25-26 (ESV) 25 “These things I have spoken to you while I am still with you. 26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.
Something to think about, you have a problem and you don’t know what to do about it. You could read another book or go to church and listen to another sermon or go to YouTube and listen to a sermon. What you need is to listen to Holy spirit . You hear him we all do. Stop questioning yourself and trust what you are hearing.
John 14.26 The Holy Spirit is about to become your close companion, sent by my Father in my name to represent me, to teach you all things and remind you of everything that I have spoken to you. Thus my word will continue to find a voice in you. 27 Peace be with you! I give you my own peace – this is not the kind the world gives – this is peace in the midst of troubled times; therefore you have nothing to fear! Let not your hearts be timid.

I can definitely relate to this one. I have been having trouble sleeping even when my body is exhausted. However, when I grab God’s Word, I slip into peaceful sleep. Now mind you, this isn’t a one time thing. This happened over and over, but yet my first thought hasn’t been to “READ THE WORD”. 🤔 It’s funny how life to takes over our minds so quickly…..BUT GOD! He always reassures us He is there patiently waiting for us to continue communicating with Him daily. HE IS just THAT kind of God.
