I find this very interesting, Jay says pursue connection. I’ve been meditating on this quote for awhile and I just realized not only do you need to pursue connection with whoever you’re dealing with. But I feel the first thing in pursuing connection is ask Holy Spirit what exactly is going on here? So for me, pursuing connection is twofold. Pursue the connection with the person but also pursue the connection with God first. God is all about relationships it’s who He is. He is the professional!
