My choice

John 10:18
No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father.”

When I read this it makes such perfect sense. This is all about choice, if I live in Jesus and Jesus lives in me, then I have the same choices to lay it down or pick it up again.

No one takes it from me. No one makes me angry, no one makes me happy, no one makes me sad. No one can make me walk in unforgiveness. No one can make me feel bitter. The devil sure didn’t make me do it!

2Co 1:20-22
For all the promises of God find their Yes in him. That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory. And it is God who establishes us with you in Christ, and has anointed us, and who has also put his seal on us and given us his Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.

Jehovah – Nissi. Jehovah my banner Exodus 17:15
And Moses built an altar and called the name of it, The LORD Is My Banner,

I have all authority through the name of Jesus and you have set me high above all the nations, no weapon formed against me shall succeed and I shall be far from oppression. You have established me as a Holy man/woman of God. All the people see that I am called by your name that I am chosen. I am born of God and the evil one cannot touch me.

Isaiah 43:1
Israel’s Only Savior
But now thus says the LORD,
he who created you, O Jacob,
he who formed you, O Israel:
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by name, you are mine.
