Colossians 3:2 Becoming affectionately acquainted with throne room thoughts will keep you from being distracted again by the earthly (soul-ruled) realm.
I think about this passage and feel like it’s saying to stay focused. I think many times when were getting anxious or nervous about something or something is bothering us. I think two things are happening
1. We’re not staying focused on him.
2. We are not taking the problem to him
It feels like a different level when you look at it as staying focused on Throne Room thoughts.
Jeremiah 17:7-8“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD And whose trust is the LORD. “For he will be like a tree planted by the water, That extends its roots by a stream And will not fear when the heat comes; But its leaves will be green, And it will not be anxious in a year of drought Nor cease to yield fruit.
