Luk 12:11-12
And when they bring you before the synagogues and the rulers and the authorities, do not be anxious about how you should defend yourself or what you should say,
You may have an opportunity over the next day or two to defend yourself and I don’t mean physically. You may be accused of something that you didn’t do it’s going to be painful and very hurtful. And your first reaction will be to defend yourself.
That is the last thing that you need to do. You will need to be quiet and just listen to what Holy Spirit wants you to do. Maybe you need to just get out of the way and let God defend you.
Luk 12:12 for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say.”
He may very well want you to stay silent.
