The quality of your life depends on the quality of the questions that you ask yourself. You have to be able to go deep, people don’t like to look at themselves for the same reason they don’t like to open up a letter that has bad news.
We Know Who We Are. But honestly when was the last time you sat down and really looked at your weaknesses and your strengths? When was the last time you actually wrote down on a piece of paper your strengths and your weaknesses?
I know for myself I don’t like to list my weaknesses because then that’s telling me that I have something that needs to change. And that might be uncomfortable.
What needs to change today?
