When I read this passage this morning it really spoke to my identity. This is who I want to be. The words of encouragement, the truth that I speak to people.

I want it to be confirmed in my lifestyle. In other words, I don’t want to tell someone that they need to forgive. if I am not willing to forgive somebody in my own life. It is so easy to speak truth to someone but in the same breath not actually believe it for yourself.

When you are speaking truth to your friends, to your children, to your spouse or even to a stranger. Believe what you’re saying to them as if you were saying it to yourself. Walk in truth and believe. Fine tune your ears.

This I feel is walking in the light and when you are walking in the light, Darkness cannot overtake you
