Forgive or freak out

One of the things that I love about my wife. She never overreacts,

If I confess a struggle with pornography or confess that I have looked at it, instead of overreacting, She chooses to walk with me through it and ministers to me.

I cannot tell you a time that she overreacted To anything that I did.

If there was ever a time for a freak out. This was it.

One time while she was on

Heart Quest

I redid all the floors in our house.. I had to take all of her China from her grandmother’s collection out of the China cabinet and put it on a table. When I went to move the table one of the legs Collapsed and all the China slid off onto the floor in slow motion and broke.. Probably 75% of the collection laid in ruins on the floor . I was crushed literally, I did not know how I was going to tell her and I was afraid that she was gonna be just really upset with.

When she came home and I told her what had happened she looked at me and smiled and said it’s OK it’s just stuff it can be replaced and that was all there was to it.

I am grateful

Accidents happen. Stuff gets broken things get said, That’s why they’re called accidents.

ac·ci·dent
/ˈaksədənt/
noun
1.
an unfortunate incident that happens unexpectedly and unintentionally, typically resulting in damage or injury.
“he had an accident at the factory”

If you’re mad at somebody today because they had an accident. Maybe instead of being mad You just say

I love you instead And I’m sorry that happened.

Just forgive and move on

Luke 10:27 (ESV) 27 And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.”

It is well
