Trouble

John 14:1
I Am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life
“Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me.

Rhema this morning! Tried really hard to get still this morning. I did get still, I listened to 20 minutes of meditation on the joy of the Lord. But it’s easy to let your mind get distracted and feel that you’re not being still. To think about things you have to do today. Things that feel like they bring trouble to your heart. During my meditation I heard John 14. When I was through and opened up my Bible it was like the perfect passage that I needed to hear. It is so simple just a little kiss this morning.

Kevin let not your heart be troubled, believe in me, believe in Jesus, look what he did for you.

I can honestly say the things that I was troubled over went away. I continued reading and stopped at John 14:12

John 14:12
“Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.

Jesus is in me and I abide in him. I am the righteousness ( as it should be) of God in him and so are you! Here’s the kicker not only are you/I in Jesus but you are going to do greater things than He did!

Rest in that today, that you don’t have to be troubled about anything and that you are going to do greater things than Jesus did! Believe in your heart! If you are having a hard time believing this then ask Holy Spirit, why do I think this way?
