What will you meditate on?

When Paul was in prison what did he focus on? He certainly had plenty to focus on in the physical,  he was stoned, he was in prison, he had death threats. I’m sure he didn’t eat very well. He might even had wondered where his next meal might come from and if it came with a price, like a beating.

The key to Paul’s survival is laid out very clearly

2 Corinthians 4:18
as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.

There has to be a decision made, what are you going to focus on?

What are you going to meditate on?

Joshua 1:8
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

1 Timothy 4:15
Practice these things, immerse yourself in them, so that all may see your progress.

Look for the unseen!
