John 10:18
No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father.”
When I read this scripture I think about the many times that I have given other people power instead of taking Authority myself. Jesus lives in me which means I have the authority to lay it down and I have the authority to take it up again, this is a choice.
I have authority over my emotions.
I have authority over my actions.
I have authority over how I treat people.
I have all authority in the name of Jesus!
