John 3:22 From there Jesus and his followers went to the region of Judea and spend some bonding-time together – immersed in conversation.
I can’t stress enough the importance of having a group of men or women that you meet with on a continuing basis at least once a week or every two weeks.
These people you meet with are safe individuals. This is not a place of fixing people but it is a place of listening and honoring your fellow man.
Even yesterday is I met with my guys, the conversation turned deep very quickly and it stayed that way for over an hour. I feel everyone came away from group yesterday morning with some level of freedom or more importantly just feeling loved and not judged.
There is also the one on one phone conversations that many of us have after group.
I leave you with this. Who are you meeting with on a regular basis. If you are not then what you are doing is isolating. If you think you can do this alone I can tell you from experience it doesn’t work.
