Many times I forget how blessed I am and how fortunate I am. I want to focus on bad things that have happened instead of seeing the good.
What are you focusing on?
Matthew 13:16 but blessed are your eyes, for they see, and your ears, for the here. 17 for truly, I say to you, many prophets and righteous people long to see what you see, and did not see it, to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.
I’ve been back from the John Maxwell International certification event a week. I got to be Witness to so many great experiences. One of my favorite times of the whole event was during the worship service. One of the young ladies that was assigned to my table was sitting about three tables down during the worship service (we didn’t have assigned seating at that time.)
I got to watch Holy Spirit pour into her. And I got to witness the emotion as Holy Spirit spoke to her through the message, I prayed, I could see what was going on and I knew what was coming. When she stood up and went down to the front I was in tears.
I got to be in the room.
There was something different about this and I can’t explain it. But I got to be a part of it. I got to see and I got to hear the transformation. That was the day she drove a stake in the ground and said I am yours. I got to see and I got to hear! This was a life-changing event for her.
I have a saying. When the Holy Spirit prompts me I love telling people “there is greatness in you!” I got to tell her that and watch her just light up. That was an amazing day!
I walked out of a restaurant yesterday ahead of a Young Man probably in his thirties. He was consumed with what he was reading. I was ahead of him when I heard Holy Spirit say, tell him, I stopped and I turned around and went towards him. He was a little taken back until I looked at him and said I just wanted to tell you something.
There is greatness in you!
It was an immediate countenance change in him. And he looked at me and said sir you just made my day thank you so much. You never know how your words will affect people.
Matthew 12:34 …………… for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks
There is greatness in you. Say it! say it to yourself and believe it. Get up, go get in front of the mirror and look at yourself and say it! More importantly
