The biggest key to the golf swing is to visualize your shot. Picture yourself standing over the golf ball. Visualize the path of the golf ball. Watch it land in the place you want it to go. Great golfers will do this on every single shot. They will visualize their tee shot. They will visualize their approach shot. They will visualize the path of the ball going into the hole when they putt.
As one who can speak from experience. Many times i have stood over a golf shot and thought, don’t hit it into the water. And that is exactly what happened. I envisioned hitting it into the water. I should have focused on hitting it onto the fairway on the other side. So, moving forward, the question arises. Why would I focus on the negative form of meditation? Why focus on that instead of the positive?
I believe you can apply these exact same principles to your walk with the Trinity. How do you see yourself? When you know a situation is coming visualize how you are going to respond, instead of reacting. Don’t look at any situation as if Jesus is not in that moment.
Visualize and believe!
Visualize yourself being Jesus with skin on. When you’re sick, visualize your sickness putting Jesus on the cross. Then see Jesus rise out of the grave healed. Visualize yourself walking free from unforgiveness, free from bitterness, free from the pain of your childhood, free from offense.
This is all a form of meditation. When you believe something in your heart you will experience it as being true whether it be negative or positive.

1 Peter 1.15 The one whose 1idea you are to begin with, designed you to radiate his image and likeness; he is the true pattern of your beingness! So, be who you are in realizing the exact detail of your genesis! You are whole and in perfect harmony; seamlessly one with him!
See yourself as a royal priesthood! You are chosen by God before the beginning of time.
John 1:3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.
1 Peter 2:9. My name is “name” and I am a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people. that he showed me the manliness of him who brought me out of the darkness and into his marvelous light!
